Delivery time
Delivery times for Italy and Europe are generally between 2 and 10 days from receipt of order, while for countries outside Europe they may vary according to international and local courier. Furthermore, delivery times also depend on the distance and geographic area.

Payment method
The first payment must be made by bank transfer paid in advance .

Prices
The valid prices are the ones in force at the moment of making the order.

Claims
Every possible claim must be turned to Rointec Pharma within 7 days from the delivery.

Applicable laws
The contract between customers and ROINTEC PHARMA s.r.l. shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Italy. Any claim relating to the materials shall be governed by the court of Naples.
